If you perceive that she meant the alien threat is a lie then perhaps she means that the aliens are not out to kill human kind, instead they are looking out for us. In other words, our government wants us to think that aliens are out to kill us when in reality, the ones that want to kill us are our government.

The fact is, the ignorant have inherited the Earth and are abundent however, this IS finally changing. The facts are, we have alien craft crash debris tested by physisist already and in the public record. 9 hours ago ThePowerofReason @christianmumbles Contrary to conventional wisdom, I actually highly doubt that there would be widespread panic if the public found out about aliens. I think we would mostly be very welcoming idea, and try to communicate with them. I think the real people that emit that illusion that we would actually be fearful of them is emitted by corrupt government officials and elites that want to keep their own pet power over the world.
